Splitting Hairs

I'm experiencing a bit of hair indecision. Confession time! I haven't had a hair trial yet. I booked my hairstylist without meeting her! Don't worry - I will have a hair trial, eventually. But because I haven't tried any of the hairstyles below, I'm not sure which is best for my gown, hair flower and personal style. So, I'm looking to you ladies for recommendations and advice! You can weigh in at the end of the post.

Detailed, interwoven updos
Pro: Texture (!), lots of visual interest, matches rosette details on my gown
Con: Seemingly time-intensive, would lose some structure as the night goes on, where to put hair flower?

Loose updos
Pro: Softer, romantic look; beauty is in the imperfection; will look good as the night wears on and the bun loosens
Con: No set spot for hair flower

Tighter knotted buns
Pro: obvious spots for hair flower, simpler style
Con: If the bun falls apart, the whole style goes with it. Bun size may compete with similarly sized hair flower.
